People calculate the exact time when "QuickBird" satellite (which makes the images for Google Earth) will be over their town (Province of Chelyabinsk,Russia) and decided to organize such a thing, that will certainly make their town to be noticed.
You can see on these photos some part of this process, if it was successful or not we'll see on Google Earth!!!
